Description
The biotech and biomanufacturing industries are key enablers of Europe’s competitiveness ambition, green transition and EU prosperity and should be central to the Commission’s mandate. This should build on the vision and commitments set in the Communication on Boosting Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing and aligned with the renewed focus on competitiveness from the recent EU high-level reports and the Budapest Declaration on the new European Competitiveness Deal.
